I.
Why I collect
I collect art because I believe certain works have the ability to preserve emotion, memory, atmosphere, and human experience in ways that words often cannot.
The works that resonate with me most are usually the ones that carry emotional depth, strong visual identity, and a lasting psychological presence. I am drawn to art that continues to reveal itself over time rather than seeking immediate attention alone.
II.
What I collect
My collecting practice focuses exclusively on carefully selected 1/1 NFT artworks and digitally authenticated works.
I am particularly interested in artists whose work reflects originality, emotional honesty, thoughtful storytelling, and a clear sense of artistic intention. Themes such as identity, transformation, vulnerability, isolation, memory, and contemporary human experience are recurring qualities I often connect with within the works I collect.
III.
How I approach it
I approach collecting with a long-term mindset. Rather than following trends or short-term market movements, I focus on works that feel meaningful, culturally relevant, and emotionally enduring.
For me, collecting is not simply about ownership or acquisition; it is about building a thoughtful and evolving archive of works that carry lasting significance both artistically and emotionally.
IV.
On art and digital culture
Coming from a background in technology and digital innovation, I maintain a strong interest in the evolving relationship between art and digital culture.
I believe blockchain technology and digital provenance have created meaningful new possibilities for artists and collectors by introducing greater transparency, authenticity, preservation, and direct connection.
At the same time, I believe technology should support artistic expression rather than overshadow it. Regardless of medium, the strongest works remain the ones that communicate something honest and deeply human.
V.
On supporting artists
Supporting artists is also an important part of my philosophy as a collector. I believe many significant contemporary artists are still emerging quietly outside of mainstream visibility and institutional recognition.
Building respectful and long-term relationships with artists whose work I genuinely connect with remains an important aspect of the collection and the values behind it.
VI.
Collecting as preservation
I view collecting as both a form of cultural preservation and personal reflection. Every work within the collection represents more than an individual acquisition; it represents a moment of connection between artistic expression, emotion, and contemporary experience.
Over time, the collection becomes an evolving record of ideas, perspectives, and creative voices that continue to shape the relationship between art, technology, and human experience.
